By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Beorx service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the related legal documents referenced below.

2. Service Description

Beorx is a read-only, non-custodial intelligence platform that provides chart-linked analytics, signal surfaces, and market context. Beorx does not execute orders, route live trades, custody customer assets, operate as an exchange, or act as a broker.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Portions of Beorx output are generated or assisted by machine learning models. AI-generated output may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or incorrect. You must independently verify all information before taking any financial or operational action.

4. No Financial Advice

Beorx content is informational only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Beorx is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use Beorx. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, securing credentials, and all activity occurring under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.

7. Intellectual Property

Beorx and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, interfaces, content formatting, models, derived signal systems, trademarks, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• scrape, bulk-export, or resell Beorx output without written authorization;
• reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with platform protections or rate limits;
• use Beorx to violate laws, sanctions, or market abuse rules;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

9. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Access to paid features depends on your active plan and entitlements. Billing terms, feature scope, and refund calculations are governed by current product configuration and the published Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beorx is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beorx Systems Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beorx Systems Inc. and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

Beorx may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its discretion for abuse, fraud, policy violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance requirements.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

Beorx may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
